people who think reforming and running an escape room would fix the Riddler don't understand him. yes, he loves creating puzzles and traps, but the reason he does that as a villain is for the attention and notoriety it brings him. this is why, in actuality, what would really fix the Riddler is reforming and becoming a really annoying twitch streamer.

kind of funny how one of the ways DC separates itself from Marvel is embracing legacy and how having new characters that relate to pre-established ones lets a lot more random women, queer ppl, etc get a foot in the door in terms of popularity, and then a sizable amount of DC fans spend most of their time wishing every one of these legacy characters would die
