I think the right person does not exist. What is the definition of the right person anyway?
I think... It's just, we meet someone that match our energy at that time, and as the time goes by, if we ever decide to be together with that person, each of us will have to mold ourselves continuously to mirror the changes made by the other.
People change all the time, and so do we. Without continuing the molding process, one would quickly be in a different shape than the other, and soon it won't fit each other anymore.
Then, do we create that "right person"? Of course no. What are we, God? We don't have power to create others, to mold others into what we want, what we are. We can only guide them, show them that this is us, this is the way they would fit into us, and the other person should also tell us in what way we would fit into their life.
I like the word of "match-making", because in essence, whether someone is courting someone else with or without the help of the third person, the concept of getting together with the other human being is just matching our particular shape with their particular shape, making it a complete and whole object: round, rectangle, triangle.
We are complete on our own, but our shape is not clearly defined and same with others. Only when we find someone that match our shape in that time, can we turn into a whole full shape. And once we decide to be a one whole shape, both need to continuously work to make sure the changes happening within each of them is still fitting the shape of the significant other, and maintain the whole full shape. Else, it won't work.
Relationship is never about one man show. If only one person love the other, it won't blossom beautifully. Only when both are in love, mirror the feelings and affection each has, and both are willing to put in the effort to maintain the feelings so they are always there, existing for and in between each other, only then the relationship would blossom and radiate love not only to each other but to other human beings and literally to all beings.
