Dear Reader, I apologise for the delay in updating you on my adventures.

I was not taken ill, nor was I in any danger. My phone had merely run out of power, and I had to spend some time to acquire a suitable solution as to how to charge a 2019 phone in an era where the phone Most Definitely does not exist.

It was quite the adventure, I can assure you, one that I will be sharing with you over the coming weeks.

I have seen, at the least, thirty seven beings with eyes that weren't real.

This isn't to say that they didn't have eyes; rather, Dear Reader, the eyes were very obviously Not Human At All.

Food is always a gamble. You must be sure that you are buying it from a Reputable Dealer. Otherwise, you may just get poisoned. Accidentally, they'll say. How were we to know they weren't Of Our Kind?, they'll say.
