Well, Iâm quite astounded that there are still people following me here(?!), and that there are still people adding me to their watches(?? but why? I havenât been active in over a year, lol... D: ).
Iâm not totally active, yet. I might pop in now and again to see whatâs up (Iâve missed you guys). An update is probably needed, eh? I know Iâve missed a lot with whatâs been going on with you. Oh man. But rest assured, things are well, now.

Sharing a little love around the fam isnât hard and doesnât take much, but it has a lovely affect and thereâs no better feeling that making someone smile. :)
The best deodorant you will ever use Seriously. 1/4 teaspoon in each pit and you can sweat your ass off, totally stink-free for like 2 full days. Itâs a natural anti-bacterial so those little fuckers wonât multiply and make you smell. Plus itâs cheaper and healthier than any deod you can buy anywhere.
Use equal parts of the following:
-corn starch -baking soda -coconut oil -cocoa butter
With a few drops of whatever essential oil you want, for fragrance. Otherwise it basically just smells like nothing. I use tea tree oil & pine needle oil. Cuz theyâre MANLY.
Note - It pretty much turns to liquid if itâs warmer than about 75 degrees. If you want to keep it solid, you can refrigerate it or add a little more corn starch.

This is what Iâve been using for about a year now and it works wonders. Not convinced it works? My fiance is literally the smelliest human being Iâve ever met when heâs been sweating all day. I made him some with tea tree oil and he now smells nice and mint-ish as the end of the day, even if heâs been outside working. Not to mention itâs cheaper, smells better, better for you AND better for the environment to make your own :D

Iâve seen so many kids who have complexes and insecurities because they were forced to do something they werenât ready to do, and then they were blamed when they werenât able to do it. What we call âeducationâ today is not organic. You canât take something as complex as the human mind, compartmentalize it, and regiment its development so strictly."
Kale & Quinoa Minestrone
1 large yellow onion, diced (2 cups)
3 medium carrots, diced (1Â 1/2 cups)
2 stalks celery, diced (1 cup)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups diced, fresh zucchini (from about 2 small)
2 cups green beans, cut into 1-inch segments
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32 oz) carton unsalted or low-sodium vegetable broth
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
3 cups water
3Â 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1Â 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3/4 cup dry quinoa
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can chick peas, drained and rinsed (aka garbanzo beans)
2 (heaping) cups chopped fresh kale, thick ribs removed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
