I hate that muslim men romanticise the sacrifices their mothers/sisters/wives make for them eg. constantly being in the kitchen in ramadan, not eating iftar/suhoor because she’s too busy serving everyone else. Like… the reason she is struggling is because of sexist gender roles. Why on earth don’t you get up and help her, ease her burden. Aren’t you ashamed to see your women hungry and tired and overworked because of you? I can’t stand it
