RENOVus

This is the renovation project of an small studio inside of the Leuven ring, very close-by to university and the city center. Perfect place for single/couple w/o kid who works in Leuven area. This apartment didn’t have any bedroom before so the new floorplan & design had enable it to have a dedicated room. The design is to have everything as simplistic & modernistic as possible.

The whole exterior joinery of this nice house next to Kessel-lo Province Park shows us clearly that the looks of an house can easily be improved by just upgrading its windows and doors. The whole windows were aluminum before and now they are all in PVC with improved isolation, and garage & entrance door are also changed with new ones.

It is the whole ground floor renovation of a house (rijbouw) in Heverlee. The entrance area, living room area and kitchen were renovated in the 1st phase of this renovation project. The owner of this project are pretty satisfied as well so the 2nd phase will start soon for the renovation of the remaining section of the ground floor which includes WC, bathroom and technical room at the back.

A very close-by to Leuven ring, this apartment with two bedrooms is renovated very nicely. The floorplan has also changed in order to adapt bathroom accessibility to a common area, instead of a having it inside of a room. The kitchen was fully renovated and it was extended with a part of balcony. The color scheme of light modernistic one was used and the outcome is looking pretty!

It was a bathroom renovation of a house in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. The house itself is a really nice one, with high-ceiling. This bathroom does also have a high ceiling which makes it extremely spacious. The interior design has essence of some natural touches. The large tub is installed to have some relaxing and enjoyed moments among the family members.

Renovation of bathroom and WC for 2+1 apartment in a building in Brussels. The selection of tiles was quite delicate and the pieces were smaller than normal tiles so they have been applied very preciously & carefully. It is an obvious fact that the design of these two locations can easily prove that the other side of the apartment was also renovation with similar artful taste.
