But what stuck to me the most is they finally animated this scene in the manga wherein Orihime was fighting alongside with Ichigo against Yhwach.

This is really well done and it's one of my favorite parts of this arc, manga and anime wise because she was finally utilized and given a fantastic moment to fight and protect Ichigo during the battle.

I may not be the biggest Ichihime fan (I ship her more with Uryu but it is what it is) but I always respected how Ichigo truly cares and believes in her ability as always. And also, Orihime correctly intuits Ichigo's reckless attacks towards Yhwach and how she had faith in him that he most certainly had a plan at the back of his mind.

God, I wish the anime didn't butchered her character from the beginning. It's plain obvious that her character shines more in the manga and she even got a great character development during the Fullbring and TYBW arc.

THE FACT THAT ICHIGO ASKED FOR HER HELP IN DEFENSE IS A SMALL BUT HUGE THING. It's what Orihime wanted to do from the beginning but because she wasn't a fighter to begin with and had doubted herself, she didn't fully achieved it until this moment.

I WILL imagine this, actually.

Uryu, Ichigo, Yamamoto, Aizen: "Kill yourself" - Yhwach [in German]: "Why does everyone keep saying that?" Jugram [in German]: "Maybe it's a battle cry."

Yhwach [in German]: "Which one of you speaks Japanese?" - Yhwach [in German]: "what's he saying?" - Ichigo [in Japanese]: "[LEWD on purpose]" - Uryu: "I'M NOT REPEATING THAT."

I had forgotten that Yhwach was included in the "can speak Japanese" category, but he could be pretending not to know it to gain an advantage.. or he really just doesn't know it.
