Hey babes, I just want to remind you that it’s more than "just words”. When I began this journey of intentionality..I didn’t feel different but I stayed consistent and today I can confidently say I’m glad i did that for myself. We cannot pray for change or things to become better but the words we use are contrary to the prayer. What comes out of the mouth is a reflection of what’s in the heart. The more we speak positively the more our mind and heart (soul) heals.

Right now ! promise yourself that you will be intentional with your words. You give so much to others- your time, your money, and your energy. Invest in yourself ! For free.. the only thing it will cost you is discipline and consistency but the return of investment (ROI) is worth it.

What does it mean to rest in your divine femininity?

FEMININITY is not just a LOOK but an ENERGY we all possess. Allow your self to flow in your feminine energy. Society spreads the narrative that women especially Black & Brown are supposed to be tough and embrace hardship.

Ladies, when The Most High created us, He created us to be soft . Society has placed this notion that being soft equates to being weak. The word ‘Soft’ means that something is easy to mold , cut , and compress. This shows the ability to survive any type of condition without breaking. Most High God also Created women to be a helpmate. Now , we know in this generation the word ‘ help mate ‘ has a negative connotation. But think about it , when a woman is a helpmate she is accepting that she is able to aid and assist . If being a helpmate is negative or for the ‘weak’ there would be no use for help . To seek help in anything means you are seeking assistance from a source that is either WISER, STRONGER , or more CAPABLE to complete whatever task you set out to do. Think about it .. when we need help we do not seek it from a lesser than but rather from a greater than.

Let us enjoy our femininity and embrace it. Feminine energy is not weakand resting in it is the STRONGEST place you will ever be as a woman.
