“Fair point, but I’m not. Blame my mom, the doctors told her I was a girl and she was so set on the name Parker she named me it anyway.”

“Yeah, I’m not that way. Don’t get me wrong but–I do try my hardest to get main roles in plays but–even when I don’t get them, I don’t get upset. Because that’s just how show business is. You’re right. It really doesn’t. You can’t pitch a fit and expect everything to be handed to you.”

“I love them. Yeah, I agree on that. Gods no! I’m far from a diva. I may be plucky and all but, a diva? Not something I can ever be.”

“Too many people I have worked with, they all want to be in charge of everything. But they don’t know what they’re doing, it doesn’t work like that.”

“Oh well thank you! Musical theatre isn’t bad at all. It’s actually fun!”

“Really? And yeah I am. Honestly, my major is acting though—I’ve been tempted to change it to musical theatre. Not sure if it’s too late to do that though…probably but hey, I’m sure with being an acting major, I can still go for Broadway.”

“I wouldn’t tell you a lie to make you feel better, so really. Acting is not a bad major, worse than musical theatre but that is probably because of the people you have to work with.”

Aideen chuckled as she looked at Ren. “It’s–from the Broadway production called ‘Finding Neverland.’ The song’s called ‘What you mean to me’” She replied. “It’s a really good song. My favorite to be exact.”

“Never been a fan of broadway, but that song is nice. Are you a fan of broadway then? Because if that’s the case you should be in musical theatre instead.”

 “Fine..it’s a deal.” Aideen chuckled before softly sighing. “ Standing here. All at once. All the words run dry. Something changed, Can’t explain, And I can’t deny. Turning in circles And blurring the lights The unspoken is calling us tonight. I won’t lie. I’m a little bit frightend Of my imagination Swear I’ll try I’m feeling enlightened. Youre my inspiration We can fly if we want to I promise that faith will give you wings. Just take the second star on the right. Straight ahead till morning light……” 

Aideen glanced around before chuckling and corssing her arms. “You–want me to sing?”

“Sadly it isn’t but hey, it’s alright. I..also love to sing. But–that’s only when no one is around.”

 “Pleasure to meet you. Honestly…riding horses or reading. Though, the first is impossible here. So I’ll just stick to reading.”

“–I know. It’s just one of those days. It’s complicated. But thank you for trying to help. I’m Aideen.”
