You slammed the door to your room with an angry sigh. You and Snotlout just had another argument that he started, and of course, you had to finish it. These arguments you always have with him are always over something stupid, like whose dragon is better? Who can eat their dinner faster? Or, why he’s a “better” viking than half of Berk. You’ve come to peace with his antics, but it’s like he targets you personally.. He manages to bring up topics that irk you, like he knows it makes you upset..

You sit down on your bed, taking your boots but leaving your mismatched socks on (puh-lease bear with me.. You give her a small, uncertain smile, before muttering out “Thanks.. I think I’m just gonna skip breakfast.” Astrid looks at you with a stern look, “No. I’m not gonna let you skip a meal because of a stupid rumor. Plus, even if you did skip breakfast, he could still harass you at lunch.” You roll your eyes at her words, knowing she’s right. You move away from her, getting your clothes and changing for the day. Astrid politely looks away, keeping her mind occupied elsewhere. Once you were done changing, you put your sword back in its holster on your belt, and you put your boots back on. Astrid smiles and grabs your arm, dragging you to the food hall. When you entered, you felt uneasy, almost all eyes were on you, and you heard whispers and giggles.

You wanted to throw up, you were so scared, but that fear turned into anger when you saw him.. Snotlout with that stupid smirk on his face when he saw you, Astrid squeezed your arm, pulling you towards a table that Hiccup and Fishlegs occupied. You sat down next to Fishlegs, and Astrid sat across from you next to Hiccup. Fishlegs slid a tray of food in front of you with a smile, “I saw you know who blocking the food line with his posse, so I got an extra tray of food for you.” He said with a sweet smile, you almost tear up, but you give Fislegs a quick hug instead. You eat your food quietly while everyone else at the table had their own conversations, that sweet peace lasted for a few minutes, when you heard an obnoxious cough behind you.

 You already know who it is; you don’t make an effort to turn around. Snotlout coughed again, this time with more enthusiasm, and you still didn’t turn around. You rolled your eyes and moved yourself and your tray to the edge of the bench, keeping a wide distance between you. You already knew Astrid was gonna be upset, but you’ll worry about that later. You stayed in your room, scribbling hateful things on pieces of paper to make yourself feel better, you ran your hand through your hair, and it felt greasy to the touch, you gagged at the feeling. You stood up, heading towards your bathroom, and you looked at yourself in the mirror with a smile.

You turned your shower on, while you waited for the water to heat up, you started taking off your clothes, posing in the mirror, laughing, you felt the bathroom fill up with steam, so you hopped in the shower. 

* Snotlout’s POV *

You sighed in defeat. After looking for y/n at lunch, you gave up; it was evident that she was not there, and that made you upset. You walk out of the dining hall down the trail head hanging low. You find it and knock lightly, no answer, you knock again, no answer, you knock a third time and still no answer, so you just walk in. She’s not there, you walk around her room analyzing everything, you let out an angry groan and throw your helmet on her bed, you hear water running, and see that the light in the bathroom is on.

You smirk and knock on the door loudly, and immediately you hear a sweet reply, “Yes?
