I'm NOT running!

“You..don’t know where you are”” The pieces were starting to come together. This was definitely him! But the version of him from what felt like way, way back from the beginning of his adventures.In a way, his young and less experienced self. 

“That proves it. You’re the dream me.” He points right at the other Shallot. “You’re on Earth, but definitely in my dream while I’m probably sleeping on Earth. You’re some sort of weird flashback.”

I’d hate to bail early tonight but after only three hours of sleep last night and 14 hours of work and college I’m getting the nods.

Thanks @shallxt​ for the good time tonight. I gut laughed so many times :)

I’ll try to get to responding to other people probably tuesday. I have a DnD campaign I am going to tomorrow after work.

“I ain’t a dream! I’m the genuine article! Unless..”

He pauses for a moment and strokes his chin deep in thought. 

“Unlesss…YOU’RE the dream. Am I dreaming? I took a big blow to the head before. What if you’re my past self trying to tell me something? But you don’t know I’m you from now and you’re me from then and..”

Oh geez he was starting to make himself dizzy. The wheels in his head were jamming up as Shallot was muttering to himself trying to clear this up. He scratches his head,

“If that’s me and I’m me then whose fighting them or is this all a dream? If this is a dream why can’t I remember sleeping unless I passed out again which yeah that usually happens but..”

✦✧“........”✧✦

He too started to fall deep into thought, but it was more like spacing out as he didn’t have a lot of memories to draw any sort of conclusion off of but he didn’t want to seem like he wasn’t trying to put any sort of effort in either. After a while of his other selves muttering, he interjected gruffly.

Was Giblet seriously messing with him? This joke was taking it too far! He ditched his coat and is pretending to be him–again?! Shallot scowled at his doppelganger and tightened his fists, “What’s so funny bozo?”

His ki flared up. He was more willing to fight then his ignorant clone. In a flash of gold he turned Super Saiyan, baring his teeth and puffing out his chest in challenge. 

“Stop playing stupid and FIGHT me. You’re the Saiyan in Red, Giblet! And I’m Shallot. Get it through your thick skull and quit trying to mess with me.”

Suddenly his other self turned golden and took Shallot by surprise. Well, he certainly never saw that one coming. His imagination must have been pretty wild! 

✦✧“I’m not messing with you. If you’re a dream me, maybe your actually my past self trying to tell me something? Though, I’d be kind of making an ass out of myself if that was the case...”✦✧

Reaching to the back of his head he gently scratched himself there.

This wasn’t going good. Both of them were thickheaded enough to not put two and two together.

Shallot bared his teeth and growled. The fur on his tail bristled up as he took another step forward, “You can’t play dumb with me! Ya may’ve ditched the coat but I know that smell anywhere.”

He was looking for a fight. And anyone who remotely looked like him was going to get a fierce beating.

You’re gonna PAY for killing all those people.”

✧”....... Killing-?”✧  

The annoyed look all but drained from his face as he blinked at his copy slowly. He was completely lost now and tilted his head to the side before just out right laughing, throwing his head back as he gripped his stomach.

Staying silent for a while, the young hero quietly pondered the question presented to him. Someone that he held dear? He could barely remember who he was! it was a frustrating question to possibly answer as he strained to think about anything to do with his past. Did he have a family? He must have. Did they care about him? Did they miss him? 

A pang of loneliness hit him suddenly and he blinked a moment and turned away.

Thank you! I was feeling really nervous that my character choice wouldn’t really take off seeing as he’s from a mobile game, but I’m ecstatic to see so many people interested!

“Quit playing around, idiot. I’m here to kick your ass once and for all. I’m the only one around here who can do the stupid act.”

He jabs a thumb to himself, taking a moment later to realize he just called himself stupid. Nice.

✧“Listen buddy! I don’t even know where I am! Also why do you look like me?!”✧

A panicked octave raised in his voice as he stared at the other version of himself. before he narrowed his eyes and barred his teeth. 

✧“Giblet-??”✧

✧“The hell??? I don’t know what you’re on about but….”✧
