the void eats??? as it does it does its eyes fixate on a small piece of food in front of it. the food rapidly rots away, black covering it and chunks of it dissappear from existence. finally all that remains is a fine dark dust leaving an imprint of the food that once was. the entire ordeal is paired with ungodly sounds. it all ends in the matter of 30 seconds

*a photo they signed for good luck at the national combat tournament, they smile at the thought of that wonderful sport, they haven't found any trace of it here

*and then they tucked the photo away before anyone came into the room
