An Un-Beautiful Mind

I’m really kind of tired thinking about all of the running I have to do in life and errands and bills and well hibernation is coming and I’m seriously thinking of becoming a traveler and spend the winters of the east coast in other places in the world that are warm at the time.

I love lighting a fire In The fireplace and just reading a good book by candle light but sometimes things just need to change. Sometimes a person just needs to fly for a while to recharge the soul. I’ve dined with kings and artist and vagrants alike but…..

None of the music or late night parties or socializing, do you think if you took a year off from life people would react the same as if you never gone? I’m tired of sitting in a great hall and conversation and community are plenty, yet I stare out into the blackened night.

Fall is coming so as soon as “The Season of The witch,” fades away maybe I’ll go somewhere into the west far far away from gloom and dispare!

This Sunday it’s trying to breech 80,

I’m sitting in a darkroom is a fan in the window, it’s finally time you don’t need to run the air conditioning. At night it gets between 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit.

I sit here watching an aimless haunted show because it had a place I volunteered at for 6-10 years anytime they needed extra help I would go be in the act for them, acting…..screaming….scaring….never got old.

But this fall is coming fast it’s peak viewing time in the mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway….leaves are trying to dry up and take their bow out for the season.

Soon pumpkin spiced, lighting a fire every night, snuggling up on the couch “with myself,” obviously. Do I wish someone would come watch tv ….sure I do every time I see one of those stupid lovey dovey holiday commercials…but, sadly I’m left alone no embrace of love just that fresh crisp chipper feel to the air…..

That smell where you can actually breath through your nose as you feel a cold hand laying on your shoulder and breathing in and smelling a cookout the neighbors a few miles away are having, or all the other fresh smelling scents of Fall. Last smell of yards being mowed.

Soon it will be pumpkin pie nights and scary movies…..I guess this is the time I mostly come alive until it’s time to hibernate lol.
