I’m not the prettiest person alive, nor am I perfect. But I am me, && I’ve learned to love myself even though I battle manic depression. I suffer from more than people realize. -manic depression -social anxiety -panic & anxiety attacks -suicidal thoughts for no reason -ADD -OCD It’s a constant battle in my head. My thoughts criticize me. They mock me and make me feel utterly worthless. But none of it is going to stop me from being happy and I won’t take medication. I’m motivated to overcome my mental diseases without a Lil pill. I’ll push and work for it, I’ll handle my breakdowns until they become less frequent, I will be ME and not defined by my mental disorders any longer. That is a promise.
