4.23.20 // Homeschooling

Lance and I have always thought about homeschooling are kids. It’s been a discussion we had for a long time and now that we are technically doing it, homeschooling is definitely a no. I’m literally going crazy with doing school work with them. Trying to help with their school work is making me feel dumb lol.

I can barely help Aiko with her school work. She’s pretty much on her own and using google. The triplets basically have to share a computer and tablet. I can somewhat help them. Jaxon is only in kindergarten so helping him is literally the best thing ever lol.

I can’t wait for school to comeback but I know that won’t happen until like September. The only thing good that came out of this virus is that the kids don’t have to take their state standardized test. Until then, y’all pray for me during these last two months of the school year lol.

4.11.20 // Quarantine Shopping

These last couple of months has been so crazy. So much has been going on and I really hope everyone is coping and doing well. The stores around my neighborhood has calm down with the crazy shopping but it’s still kind of hard to find the essentials items. The main store I go to is Publix and they make sure you don’t stock up on items which is great. I seen so many people that bought so much stuff and their family isn’t as big as mine. I always buy what we need for that week because I know there’s people out there that need some essentials stuff too.

One thing that has help this family a lot is “Home Chef”. “Home Chef” is a company that sends you and your family dinner for a week. It has help us a lot with not having to buy food for dinner at the store and saves us money.

I really hope by this time next month that everything will be back normal. Be safe everyone<3

4.6.20 - Guess who’s back again?

Yes, the Reeves Family is back. I’m pretty sure a lot has changed on this site since the last time I posted something but I miss you guys and hope there’s still some simumblrs out there.

I guess I should re-reintroduce myself lol. I’m Mikelle and I’m the mother of 5 and the wife of Lance. Lance and I are real-estate agents and are also artists on the side.

Aiko is the oldest, who just turned 14 years old in January and she’s a freshman in high school. Aiko actually my sister’s daughter but my sister passed away. Lance and I adopted her and our life couldn’t be any better.

Then there is the triplets who are 10 years old -  Shyanne, Jezika and Aeryn and they are in 5th grade now. You’ll know their personality really soon. Shyanne is the girly triplet, Jezika is the smarty triplet and Aeryn is the sporty triplet.

Then we have our youngest and only boy Jaxon. Jaxon just turned 5 in February and I already missed him being a baby. It seems like everyday more and more of his personality is coming out.

I’m glad to be back and I really hope everyone is safe during this COVID-19<3

09.14.19 // Pool Party

Yes, I know it’s September and we’re supposed to be in the fall mood but here in Florida it’s still hot as hell. It’s still in the 90s here and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to go down anytime soon.

It was such a hot day today that Lance and I decided to go to the store and but a little blow up pool. It was only supposed to be for the kids but Lance, Aiko and I couldn’t help but get in. Even though it was a little pool, we had so much fun.

Aiko and I kept throwing Jaxon back and forth which is something random he likes lol. Shyanne and Jezika was pretty much having a splash fight and Lance and Aeryn were pretty much doing WWE moves in the pool.

Overall we had a lot of fun, and most of the kids are tired and taking a nap now. I probably going to take a nap too in a little bit lol.

09.01.19 // Aiko’s YouTube Channel

Aiko has been working really hard with babysitting. She’s been saving up her money to get a ring light and today she finally got one. She wanted a ring light because she started a YouTube channel not too long ago.

At first Lance and I was very skeptical about Aiko having a YouTube Channel. Aiko told us that her YouTube Channel was more like a diary. She was just going to vlog about her day and sometimes give advice on fashion or life. Of course she has rules that comes with her YouTube Channel, like homework and chores first before she starts editing a video and Lance and I must see the video before she post it on YouTube.

Her YouTube Channel has been doing great. She’s getting a lot of attractions and people from her school are loving it. It’s pretty much another hobby that wants but it’s a hobby that she’s enjoy. You guys know the rules around here, if the kids are happy, then we are happy.

08.31.19 // Daddy & Daughters Date

Today, Lance and the triplets had a little daddy & daughters date. Jaxon was at my parents house, Aiko was at babysitting today and I had to work today so it was just Lance and the triplets today. Lance realize it’s been awhile since he had a special day with the triplets so no time like the present lol.

He told them to get dress up and took them to get their nails and feet done and they also went out for lunch. The girls absolute loved it. He said the had a huge smile on their faces the entire day. I’m so happy that he took them out for a bit and just spend some quality time with them.

Just random stuff like this makes me realize how wonderful dad he is and also an incredible husband.

08.17.19 // The Triplets Paint Birthday Party

Happy birthday again Shyanne, Jezika & Aeryn! We are still celebrating the girls birthday even though their birthday was yesterday lol. Lance and I rented out Prism Art Studio so the girls and their friends can paint as much as they wanted too. A lot of their friends are from their old camp and they came out to celebrate her birthday. They haven’t been hanging out that much since camp but the girls was really happy to see their old friends. Thanks @mommaneedssomewine, @wearetheparks and @clannad2 for letting their little ones come. I hope they had a lot of fun today.

The kids walked around the art gallery and painted lots of pictures. The girls said the party was everything they wanted and more which made Lance and I proud that we pulled it off. The girls also said thank you to everyone that said happy birthday to them. Their really growing up into a sweet young ladies<3

08.16.19 // Shyanne, Jezika & Aeryn 10th Birthday

I can’t believe that the triplets are already 10 years old. They’re growing so fast and Lance and I just can’t believe it. Time is just going too fast and I need it too slow down.

This morning when the girls woke up, I had made them their favorite breakfast- omelets lol. That’s really only the few things they all have in common. After they got ready for school and went outside, she they the car had paint writing on the back window saying “Honk For Shyanne, Jezika, & Aeryn B-Day” they laughed and said they loved it. On the way to school everybody was honking for her which made her feel special. Tomorrow is the paint party and the girls couldn’t be happier.

08.12.19 // First Day Of School

Today was the first day of school for my little kiddos. It seem like the summer went by so fast and my kids would also agree to that. It seems like we didn’t do much over the summer lol. Getting the triplets up for school was super hard since all they wanted to do was sleep in the bed but Jaxon and Aiko was excited to go back to school.

Can’t believe how big my kids are growing though. I think when school time comes you realize how big your kiddos get. Aiko is a freshman in high school, the triplets are 5th graders and Jaxon is now in preschool:(. I was happy this morning when I was getting them ready for school but as soon as they went to school I started to cry. I always cry sending them off to school. I want my babies back lol.

08.04.19 // Park Date With Jaxon

I can’t believe summer is almost over for my kids. Next Monday is when the new school year start for the kids and it’ll be Jaxon first time going to school. I’m actually going to miss him being by my side but I have to let him go to school lol.

I had a little date with him at the park. Just a day with just the two of us. It’s always great to have mother and son time with him. We both had a blast at the park and he didn’t want to go home but he fell asleep right when he got in his car seat lol. I’m definitely going to miss these moments when school start.

07.27.19 // Aiko’s Cheer Camp

Since Aiko became a varsity cheerleader (she’s the only freshman on the varsity team), she’s been taking it very seriously. She’s been stretching any time she has a chance to and do cheer jumps for hours. Lance and I told her not to over work herself but Lance and I both know how big of a perfectionist Aiko is. Also she’s been saving up money her money for cheer. She’s been doing extra chores around the house and I also babysitting a lot of our neighbors’ kids.

She’s so proud of herself now because she saved enough money to go to cheer camp with her team. Her cheer camp is at a university which is pretty cool since the university cheerleaders will help her cheer team and a couple other cheer teams as well. She’s only going to be gone for a week but of course Lance and I are a little bit worried because she’s going to be all by herself. It’s not like summer camp when she had her sisters with her but she reassure us that’s everything is going to be okay and she’ll text us as much as she can.

Plus I talked to the coach and she said that it’s just them doing cheer drills and getting to know each other as a team. I really hope she has fun. She definitely deserve it with all the stuff she did this summer.

07.20.19 // Tree-house Fun

The one place that the triplets been at for the majority of their summer is in their tree house. Every since Lance and I made them tree house for their last birthday, its been their little hang out. They pretty much spend their entire day in the tree house having fun by playing games or watching movies on their iPads. It just gives them something to do over the summer then just sitting in the house which is what I love.

Other thing I love about them being in the tree house is that Jaxon is pretty much always with them. Sometimes I think that Jaxon is just annoying them and I’ll tell him to let the girls be by themselves but the girls are totally fine with him coming up in the tree house. They play with him in the tree house and sometimes what the movies that he wants to watch.

The girls are just so nice to their little brother<3
