“Yes, i still think you’re a bitch,” Katherine shrugged it off. “But i was not about to stand there and watch how those girls roast you. Not saying you wouldn’t be able to handle it on your own, but y’know,” she rolled her eyes, hands now crossed on her chest. She couldn’t believe she was about to say it. “You’re probably one of the realest people in this locker room. All in all, i respect you. Say what you want.”

She didn’t know how to tell him. It all happened so suddenly. Jon and Kat didn’t even have a proper relationship and now their whole lives about to change. She was scared. Fearing for his reaction. In the middle of the night, she grabbed her phone and decided to text him, maybe he was still awake. 

The redhead wasn’t that great when it came to be a shoulder to cry. Of course, Nicole didn’t need one in the first place but the situation was pretty hectic right now and Katherine found herself next to the crying woman and wrapped one hand around her shoulders.  “You let him get into your head - he wins,” She tried comforting her.  “He ain’t worth your tears.”

“I would love to get into that ring with you, Nova. The difference is that i’m still a newbie in WWE and i’d like to take it slow. I still have to make my NXT debut! But look at you, wrestling with the guys who are on the top of this company. Joe must be proud of you.”

She covered the dark circle underneath her eye with her palm. “Jon, it’s nothing...” She said with a small shrug trying to convince him, or lie to him that this was not a black eye he just saw. Once his hands caught her’s and moved them away from her face, he was able to see how hard her face was really bruised, however, he didn’t see the bruises on her torso as well. She was beaten. “It’s none of your business!” She said angrily, her face forming a frown. “You shouldn’t care anymore,” obviously, the redhead was still hurt over the whole breakup thing.
