I eat healthy. I figured out that you have to feed your body right or you’re going to look and feel like shit..Eat ALOT of protein (grilled chicken breast/steak/bacon/roast) whatever eat it eat a lot of it! But get rid of the sauces (no ketchup no ranch or honey mustard) it’s junk it’s ALL junk..that will look like junk on your body. Stop eating fruit and thinking oh shit I’m healthy..most people don’t know but fruit is like having a “better for you” dessert but it’s still dessert BC it’s sugar it’s all sugar.
