"Inuyasha, will you give it a rest? You’re the one making things difficult, not me. If you’d just say sorry, we could get back to looking for jewel shards and hunting down Naraku." She let out an exhausted sigh before flopping back onto her bed and facing away from him. Why did she deal with him? Seriously… He was so much work some days. "I’m going to school tomorrow and nothing you say will change my mind. Now, if you don’t mind I’m going to bed. Goodnight."

His ears twitched. Was that all it would take? "Well, fine then." He stood up and looked down at Kagome. "I'm sorry. OK? Can we go back now?" She said that was all it would take. Maybe now she would listen to reason and come back with him.

"My turn!"

Like always, Inuyasha didn't bother to consider that something could go wrong and charged right into battle. The guy was inviting his blade after all! "Here I come!"

"Well despite my appearance I am actually not that strong of a fighter. So it would be safest to travel in a group. I know how to do most tasks, such as cooking and menial chores." She smiled. "So I won’t be a burden." She promised. "And that’s fine. I don’t actually have any particular place I want to go. I just like traveling and seeing new places."

He thought about what she had said about what she could do. "You... You said you could cook right? Any chance you could do that some time soon? I'm starving!"

"I said no more ramen till you clean up your cups! Sit boy!”

"What the hell! Gimme back my ramen! I deserve that! And I even made it myself!"

Nonetheless, the hanyou backed up to a running distance and took grip of the Tessaiga, ready to kill the being in front of him who had asked for it.

Kirara roared beside the taijiya, ready to attack the stranger, stepping in front of Sango in case he made the first strike. She took a sniff of the air, realizing instantly that the male was a hanyou, but a powerful one, keeping the large sword in mind. Sango barely stood a chance if he unleashed the sword’s full power, which worried the nekomata greatly. Would the taijiya be able to dodge or deflect it?

He lower his guard and let the sword drop down to his side instead of being in an offensive position. It was still in its fang form, just in case he needed it. "Look, I don't know who you are or what you want. But you look like you're in no condition to fight properly right now. So why don't you put that thing down and tell your pet there to stay. I don't really want a fight either, I just came here to get a piece of the jewel from a demon who stole it from me. But if you want to fight, I warn you that I won't go easy on you just because your a human." He felt like he was lying to himself, but if she did attack he would defend himself.

"You really think that, don’t you? Well I have news for you mister, I can too do something about if I want to! Now pick up those ramen cups!”

"How a-bout" he said through mouthfulls of ramen. "How about I just make some more empty cups, OK?"
