Discord RP Call!
// So for those of you who I interact with, you already know this, but I thought I’d make a post for my current and any new followers. I have this blog on Tumblr as sort of a “middle man” so to speak, as I’m almost exclusively a Discord rp’er these days. I still enjoy the aesthetic of Tumblr and perhaps one day I’ll return to rp on here, but for right now, it’s just extremely more convenient for me to rp on Discord.
With that being said, I am on Discord pretty much all day every day. I have it on my PC as well as my mobile, so I’m able to see and reply to rp’s pretty regularly so long as my muse for whatever character I am playing holds up. If I have muse, my response time is usually within the hour. If I don’t, it could be 2-3+ days. As I’m writing this, I’m in the middle of a health crisis with one of my family members, so activity may be sporadic until it is settled.
Now, the type of content I typically rp on Discord lately has been exclusively nsfw stuff. I enjoy the quick back and forth of it and it typically doesn’t take too much effort to articulate a well-written response. I am an rp veteran with about 13-14 years of experience under my belt. I started during the Myspace days, if that gives you any idea of my age 29 as I write this. I’ve taken part in many different forms of rp, from one-liners to text convos to novella, and I enjoy them all. However, I notice that I get burnt out easily with overly elaborate rp’s.
I also consider myself a very reasonable person. I love getting to know my partners and developing friendships with them where we can discuss plots, fandoms, current events, etc. We don’t necessarily have to do all that, but I’m just throwing it out there.
I rp mostly as Jason (my muse for this blog) in a heavily canon-divergent state. I tend to fit him into whatever the plot/scenario might be. However, he’s not my only muse, and if you are open to rp’ing different muses for me, I will attempt to do the same for you. Like I said, pretty reasonable person, and I’m open to exploring other plots as well as doubling up on threads.
