A Nightmare Dressed Like A Daydream

I’ll probably stay in bed and watch tv shows all day with some tea for company. Ha, alrighty - I will shut up but ya know, I was just saying!

You know, a little birdie told me it was someone’s birthday, so I’m thinking that staying in with some tea is out of the question!!

What if it’s done? What if I actually wrote a song about that mysterious girl who came into my life and changed it for the better? Oh come on those bracelets are not that cheesy. I used to have matching bracelets with Abigail.

Then I’d be forced to ask why the hell you haven’t sung it for me yet!! Don’t tease, Tay!! Oh no, they’re cheesy but I’m not saying that’s a bad thing!! I wonder is we could get a lipstick and legs one made...?

I couldn’t agree with you more on the whiskey. Some of the most fun I’ve had has been while out with friends on the town.

I think the vast majority of the fun I’ve had has been those kind of nights - though not necessarily out on the town. A night in with good company is just as rewarding! And usually safer! 

Right! Like Grilled Cheese and Pesto or Grilled Cheese and Bacon. Food trucks really are a gift. I’ve heard good things about it. I heard there’s a lot of opportunities here. The pleasure is all mine, Amber.

Maple Bacon, if you’re lucky. It’s true, seems like it’s the place to be these days, especially if you’re not digging the L.A. scene anymore - it’s nice to have another option! 

“Oh I bet you do.” Robbie teased lightly, he knew that Stephen and Amber were best friends. Maybe that was why Robbie and her had clicked right away, either way he was glad that they had. Honestly he was glad that they had the flirtatious nature going on. He met what he said with his statement, and she could read into it as much as she wanted and he was glad that she agreed with him. “Now that isn’t true. Cause I’m just being honest with you, Amber. I mean what I say to you.” He felt like he could be honest with her about anything and everything actually. Which was different for him. Yeah he had been honest with Italia but the lies caught up with them towards the end of their relationship. So it had been a good thing that they ended even if it was on bad terms. 

“I know you do.” she answered softly. Maybe that’s what scared her about him so much. She’d gotten so used to mindfucks and games over the past few years, that when someone genuine came along, she held out, waiting to see what the catch was. Amber was beginning to think, despite what she told herself, that maybe deep down she liked complicated and messy and aside from best-friend’s-cousin thing, things with Robbie had always been extraordinarily easy. She didn’t doubt what he told her so found no need to try and read between the lines and more than that, she didn’t feel like she hide any part of her. She was well aware of how close him and Stephen were, and even if he hadn’t seen some of the bad parts himself, she knew Stephen had probably shared at least some of her less stellar moments and yet, he was still here. 

How to create a super villain:

There is absolutely nothing wrong with bad choices though! So long as you are learning from them or hell, even just having fun with them is good enough.

Eh, can’t say I’ve learned much except that a little more whiskey never hurts, but I sure as heck have had some fun. 

Ha! I knew it! I still got it!

You are preachin’ to the choir, sister. But I heard good things about this place, too.

I do love it here, less snow, more rain but the people are top notch and you certainly can’t complain about the scenery. And I don’t just mean the mountains!

I’m cool with that - as long as you share me a bit with Tay, too. But as long as I’ve got the two of you, I don’t need much else! Except wine. And probably chocolate. 

Careful Heard, you might heard a song about you very soon. The next day, everyone will go crazy about that mystery girl that Taylor wrote about in her new song. I will never, ever forget that! We’re stuck together no matter what.

This idea keeps getting better and better - when are you going to start writing it!! Damn right, we are. I feel like we need those cheesy matching bracelets or something now!
