Also when has this kind of phrase not been used to imply someone has romantic interest in someone else?? )

It’s tiring and it’s like trying to talk to a brick wall.  You can’t even post that you love the B/S friendship without someone jumping on your case  I don’t think half of these people are bad people, I just think they’ve just been conditioned to expect man + woman + attraction = romance.

It saddens me they think all the scenes between B/S were a waste of time, because B/S didn’t get together.  They think that the beautiful, supportive friendship that developed between B/S is lesser because it’s not romantic.  

Miles and Kerry did something special here.  They didn’t go down the usual heteronormative route that 99% of media does.  They gave us something different, but because it’s not want was expected, they are called bad writers.

It was to show that men could be helpful, supportive friends to women who were going through emotional trauma.  It showed that men could help women without getting a reward (the woman) at the end.

People were meant to vicerally hate him and we have every right to want him dead. Abuse victims especially have every right to want him dead. Let’s list the reasons why shall we?

Blake was probably about 12 when she left her parents to follow him. It was implied that they were romantically involved despite the fact that Adam was 18 years old. Actual pedophile Adam Taurus.

Literally convinced her she was a coward for valuing her own life to the point where she thinks all she’s good for is running away.

We know in the Adam short he straight up guilt trips and gaslights her so that he can remain in control of the situation

Literally tried to kill both her and yang MULTIPLE TIMES. Why? Out of sheer jealous rage and the fact that he lost control of the one person he thought he had on iron grip on.

So basically what I’m saying is. He had to die here. They gave him a chance to back down but he kept coming back for more because he couldn’t stand the thought of not pulling Blake’s strings anymore. An innocent girl. No an innocent child. Who he took advantage of and used.
