Find, like, maybe 50 to a couple hundred people. It'll be a tiny "nation" so who cares, just an experiment. Make sure they're atleast cooperative and not outright aggressive. They should teach their childeren cooperation as well, and it goes on. They could start slowly building an actual, yk, nation? With buildings and jobs and stuff. We could also just toss out money, this is a hypothetical and we dont have any other countries. If we go back to the trading system it'll be a bit less likely that somebody has control over the entire population. Also, in forming the schools, have the childeren have proper free-time. This will lead to more cooperative, happier soon-to-be-adults. Paired with slightly longer days but only 3-4 days a week (depending on the school), this will build a healthy state of mind. They could maintain the lack of a leader, the highest roles would just be people who own businesses because, well, who else is gonna that. Healthier schedules, happier childhoods, but how would we build the actual health system? I was thinking that maybe the trading economy thing could fix that up, but how would we pay workers? That's just the thing im stuck on so maybe a mix of buying/trading? Like money would only be used for services and objects are traded for, and then you could trade for objects you need to use for your service, and then make money off of that service. You would use that money from your service to.pay service workers, but then how would you get objects to trade for? Double jobs wouldn't be healthy, so people might be able to switch between buying/trading? idk this is getting confusing its 3 ill fix this up later whatever
