He tenses up a little at the mention of a gun, holding a breath that he doesn’t really need even after JR finishes speaking. What is there to say to that? Instead, he turns towards the rebel just slightly, enough to pull him forward in an embrace, one arm curling tight around him, the other hand thread through his hair.

"Ha, you know everytime you ask that I’m normally in more trouble than the last time." He laughs softly but it dies out and he lowers his head. How should he even start this— "My dad came back." He mumbled, hoping that would be enough for a start

He frowns at the mention of the others father, tensing up a little and Miharu sits up straighter to look at JR. “He didn’t come here, did he? Are you okay?” There’s a hint of worry to his voice, because he remembers what happened the last time his father was here.

"Well next time a little warning would be good yeah? I was dying of boredom." He laughed and shoved the other playfully. Then he leaned back against the brick, wondering if he should tell Miharu what happened. He really should, he killed his father for crying out loud— and he was probably still going to court for it.

"Aw, poor you." He laughs again before he’s leaning against the rebel, looking outwards for a moment. "So, how’ve you been? Not getting into too much trouble, I hope?" He should know by now how JR can be sometimes.

He looks back blankly when he hears the voice, but smiles softly when he sees Miharu there. “Hey.” He said, moving over just abit so the other actually had room to get out onto the fire escape with him. “You’re late.” JR joked, putting his phone back in his pocket since he had been playing games to past the time - and distract himself.

He clambers out the sit beside the rebel, legs pulled up to his chest, hin resting upon his knees as he looks at JR. He laughs lightly, a smile curling over his lips. “Yeah, I got a little held up.” Teachers at the college were being rather persistant about things lately.
