Grounds for Divorce has a new chapter.

Here's a new chapter for Ground for Divorce.

Remember me? I’m the one who does that thing sporadically?

I promise I haven’t abandoned my works. I work full time and also started a business on the side. I needed clarity and a break from being worked to death.

So. Here is a new chapter for Turnabout.

But to hold you over while I shake the funk… This is the result of writing smut for Thrawn and Hera.

A daughter. You get a daughter.

1. Today is my 7 year tumblr anniversary. Yay.

2. It also time for me to be personally unsatisfied with Thrawn’s appearance. Lots of people are excited and love it. That’s okay. I’m so glad they found happiness in it. And to be fair, I am excited he’s getting screen time.

This unhappiness will result in new chapters rolling out as I try to drown my sorrow in my writing.

3. I’ve seen stuff where people have discussed that maybe Thrawn was seriously injured and that led to bad posture and his physique. I can accept this to a point.

He still looks like a blue Elon Musk, imo.

4. I’m not unhappy with Ahsoka. The story is great. The visuals are amazing. And Hera? I’m so excited they made her as rebellious as ever, even toward the New Republic. This makes my story Ground for Divorce much better)

I’m not fat shaming anyone. I love me some dad bod, trust me. But that’s… not Thrawn. His posture was terrible. The belly was… ridiculous for his character. Where the hell did they get enough food for him to get that weight over the course of what? 10 years? 15 years?

Look y’all. The Thrawn we love would have been spending his time training and sparring. Not eating Cheetos while waiting to be rescued. Like I’m getting a big Thor vibe here. I’m disappointed. I’m also disappointed that we’re going straight to Thrawn is just straight out evil. Anyone who’s read the books knows he has more depth than that.

It’s still Sunday in Hawaii. I’m not in Hawaii. It still counts because I haven’t gone to bed.
