Celebration 7 : The Saga Begins

Well folks, it is May 24, 2014. Celebration 7 in Anaheim, CA is running April 16-19, 2015.

After spending over 17 hours at work yesterday, and then spending the morning cleaning and doing laundry, my household has gotten down to the very real, very serious business of starting to budget and detail plan for Celebration 7.

Now don’t get me wrong, any chance to go to Anaheim, and I am ALL over that. After all, Disneyland still has Mr. Toad, and it’s the only park Walt was ever physically in, and their pirates is amazing (excuse my fangirling). But I’m honestly starting to panic.

As usual, we’ve chosen to tackle a challenging line up of costumes, half of which are custom designs, the other half with the challenge of attempting screen accuracy.

Suffice it to say that a lot of luxuries will be cut and a lot of 6 day weeks will be worked over the coming months. I’m slightly sulking over some of those cuts, but I can so do this.

So…326 days until Star Wars Celebration VII!
