New technologies and especially computational paradigms can be used in various fields, including education. This fact allows the design, search, presentation, exchange and reuse of learning objects since technologies allow to store, organize, replicate, disseminate, transform; fact that leads to saving time and educational resources. In the educational area, there has been a need to create flexible learning spaces that encourage capacity. At the higher education level, especially in the fields of Computer Engineering, there is a need to adapt the use of complementary tools such as cloud tools, especially those focused on improving web programming skills. The use of Cloud Computing (CN) tools also shows that CN allows flexibility and adaptability because students can follow different rhythms in their learning of web programming, improving competences and abilities in educational and professional field
