tbh, as a tguy, although the addition of a transmisogynistic streamer to lifesteal is obviously disappointing, i'm hardly suprised by it. lifesteal arguably has developed a culture of unchallenged transphobia (and general bigotry !!) in both the server itself and in the fandom, for instance in how pili is constantly de-gendered and excluded by those around him, in how pangi (while progressive himself) allows bigoted remarks to flourish in his chat, and in how guy streamers will deride their friends from demostrating any femininity, and thus adding an openly transphobic streamer seems to be just another step along that path. to me it feels almost as though queerness is only allowed to exist on lifesteal as clear fiction (rp) or as a joke, something that one can distance oneself from and monetise without having to truely engadge with the lived experience of it.
