Lifestyle Change: Day 7
I haven’t posted anything about my lifestyle change since I started it last Wednesday, but just to bring you guys up to speed of what’s gone down in the last days:
• no dairy
•made baked spring rolls yesterday and today (no frying)
• less carbs; more protein
• breakfast includes anything either oatmeal with banana, peanut butter, & oat milk or chickpeas with lemon, olive oil, and black pepper
• snacks I’ve eaten include: rice cakes (no salt) with dark chocolate on it, kale or quinoa chips, & fresh fruits/veggies
• gym-ing it up: HIIT 20 mins. 20 sec on / 40 sec off, Spinning, Strength training, stairstepper, ect
• when I’m at university, I use the stairs only
• drinks: coconut water, apple spritzers (no added sugar; 50% fruit content), water, coffee (1 shot espresso with 1 cup oat milk, & 1 tbsp honey)
• I’ve started to pay attention to my daily macros
• I’ve started paying attention to ingredients in the food I’m eating

I never thought that reaching my goal of losing 30 lbs. would ever happen. Having hypothyroidism didn’t make it easy either, but over 6 months with healthy eating, exercise, and determination, I can definitely say I have accomplished that and more. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to keep this up 🌻🏃💪 Starting weight: 163 lbs. Current weight: 126 lbs. Height: 5'3 💃💖💅
