Gym nails! "Love" ring by Juicy! My favorite cardio is using the weighted jump rope, it's quick and fun..especially for someone who hates running (me). I use the weighted jump rope for about a minute between lifting sets. Keeps me pushing myself. When I do cardio in between my lifting sets (HIIT) I notice more defined muscles after! #GAINZ
