When we stay couped up in our homes, in the dark, we only assist in levels of depression. Fungus, grows in the dark areas and that fungus holds low emotions as well. Notice, sometimes we can get angry, bitter or sad, and a thought might come to mind, like, "maybe I need a drink of alcohol to calm level out?" or "maybe a bread sandwich?". These things ferment in the body and contributes to a host of ailments that Parasites need to continue their life cycle. #SolR awareness & sensitivity update : I've noticed that I'm not easily "moved" or shocked.. I have been able to make subtle or not so subtle decisions on the fly without that heart stopping reaction. It's like, I've gained the ability to be calm and male the best choices in hectic, hostile or just moments where I'd usually be startled. It could be something as simple as trying to catch a catch my cell phone in am unexpected fall, or something more dramatic like making the best choice when a car hasn't signaled that they're turning and almost causing a crash or a crash of my values and there's. I need not even give the situation any energy after it occurs. I find it more interesting that I'm able to keep my wits and focus on the task at hand. Completing my own test of not giving in to serotonin filled environments, serotonin being a neurotransmitter for parasites to communicate. Focused on dopamine instead. Now that I think about it, yall know when Neo from the matrix was fighting without any sign of emotion on his face, it's like that for me. The ability to respond as if I'm filled adrenaline without actually tapping in to that storage of adrenaline to "fight", is how life has been for me, as a matter of a fact, I don't even get excited about things anymore. it has to really be aligned or it has to resonate in my heart for me to be excited with what's happening. Sol-R Morning Sun Challenge: Sun Rise is at 5:30 am (NYC) and I haven't been taking advantage of the Sun's Electric Energy The Way I should have. I'd usually just fit it in when ever I was outside doing something else. Well it's time to add some of Saturnian structure back in to my life. Starting tomorrow (June 16 2016) at 7:30-8am, I intend on being in the park (Fort Greene park) Sun Gazing, Sun Bathing, earthing/ grounding, doing slow aerobic exercises, like #yoga, meditation etc. When it comes to the fitness, I haven't been consistent. If anyone is interested in joining me, feel free to meet me in the park. And for those online across the globe, we can support each other by just posting a picture in a park, letting everyone know that you're there as well. Leave photos in this thread. On the journey of Optimal Living, Raw Fruit is important, fitness is important and support is important too, if one can do all these things, we change the World for the better, Inspiring with ourselves. Young Green coconut. we scrapped the jelly out and put it in the container in the upper right of the photo. I prepared the watermelon at home, and had them pour the coconut water in the container with the watermelon so it can soak. I add sea salt (NOT TABLE SALT!
