Just a quick Burra pin-up.

I've always wanted to do a redraw of this art, and now it's colored in all it's awful neon orange TANG glory.

Although I think this is the best visual I've made to show how Burra's "skin" works, with her crystalline body underneath.

An attack like Astonish can cause a high level Pokemon to flinch, so using it on an elderly human with a weak heart isn't going to have the best outcome.

Mimikyu isn't a major threat to humans, but like any animal, it will lash out when frightened. Trying to remove their disguise is a surefire way to get bit, scratched or worse, hit with a dangerous move.

While it is in the same genus as Ghastly, Sinistea and Gimmighoul, Mimikyu DNA has the most similarities to an extinct species of ghost/fairy type.

A character I've been sitting on for a while that's going to play a pretty big role in my horror visual novel Mother's Favorite.

She's not someone to be proud of, but she is someone to fear...

Another robot!

His name is Dagda-dó, a security bot that was thrown out and ended up on a rather desolate "dumping ground" planet. He managed to repair himself and now lives as a protector to the downtrodden inhabitants of his new home.

He hates the evil and the corrupt, but is rather shy when meeting new people.

Banette Behavior

Banettes can be far more aggressive than most urban ghost-types, and they are responsible for a LOT of the negative interactions. It only makes sense that a lot of the scarier urban legends are caused by these devious little pranksters. No need to get heated about someone buying into these myths, it happens all the time.

Because they are scavengers, they tend to collect a lot of abandoned objects, and will use them to torment the humans that threw these objects away.

Every so often when I need motivation to draw again, I look at other artists on Tumblr and pick some OCs that catch my eye. It's fun to try out different styles and see if I can do their designs justice. Go follow these people if you like their characters.

Prof Yew has ready access to many buckets worth of various Pokemon.

Ghost Pokemon scare people not out of malice but just because it's a learned survival behavior. It also happens to be a lot of fun, so it's no wonder why they seem to enjoy it.
