Aries (March 21st to April 19th) is the first astrological sign in the zodiac. In Greek Mythology, Aries is associated with the winged ram Chrysomallos, who rescued Phrixus and Helle (the children of the Boeotian King Athamas) and provided the Golden Fleece. The king then sacrificed the ram to Zeus (king of the gods) who placed it in the heavens as the constellation. The ram’s golden fleece was later recovered by Jason (leader of the Argonauts). Traits associated with Aries include being loyal, smart, and impulsive.
