The woman in black then turned to the man formally known as Alfred Simmons. “On another note, I do have a bone to pick with you Mr… Simmons? If I’m correct?” In a puff of dark smoke formed a black record book. “Yes, Alfred Francis Simmons… Murdered during a mission in Botswana for the USSG’s Operation Knightstrike…” She read. “Yes, yes, I see the problem now…” She looked him in the eyes then, a graveness in her glare.

       Sooner than later, the mild annoyance turns into contained (sort of) rage. The mere mention of his past life is enough for his fists to tighten with sufficient force to break a bone. Bright, narrowed eyes fixed at her as if he’s trying to burn her with them. A fresh wound tore open. The hellspawn’s been trying to accept this new existence. Let go of the past for the better supposedly. But if every goddamn living person knows about him, it is unlikely.
