The Watch House was built in c1770 by the Parish Vestry. It was used to hold prisoner's and the village fire engine

The extension of the railway line in 1900 from Purley encouraged building in Tadworth. Soon after Sir Henry Cosmo Bonsor provided land  for a Church, a Hall and the Vicarage. Money was raised for the building which was designed by Sir Charles Barry, and work began in 1911, with the Chancel and Nave completed in 1912.  The Church was consecrated on 27th April that year by the Bishop of Southwark.

It is thought to have been painted by a travelling artist-monk and dates from about 1200.

Church of St Peter and St Paul, Chaldon founded before 1086 and is mentioned in the Doomsday book.

Christchurch is a Norman motte and bailey castle with the earliest stonework dated to 1160. However, the castle's site is inside an old Saxon burh dominating the River Avon's lowest crossing.

The Navigators a ‘fountain’ and a moving sculpture by David Kemp - installed in 1987 at Hays Galleria near London Bridge. This commemorates the shipping heritage of the original Hays Wharf which specialised in warehousing tea from China.

Introduced in 1945 this was a Fairburn development of Stanier design with taper boiler, shorter wheelbase and detail alterations. Built at the Brighton Works (SR/British Railways) in 1951 - cut up and disposed of in 1967

Hidden Tadworth windmill

Leatherhead Sword sculpture. Not sure, but believe this was inspired by finding a Saxon Sword washed up by the River Mole.
