The trend of labeling women “crazy” is part of the culture that socializes women to go along to get along. When women are told over and over again that they’re not allowed to feel the way they feel and that they’re being “unreasonable” or “oversensitive”, they’re conditioned to not trust their own emotions. Their behavior – being assertive, even demanding or standing up for how they feel – becomes an “inconvenience” to men and they’re taught not to give offense and to consider the feelings of others before their own.

I’m so stressed out and overwhelmed that I’m crying. I’m sick of living with bedbugs/fleas (going on 3 years of that now, all the scabs from itching is REALLY not helping my dermatillomania) I’m sick of begging either here or irl to get a single day’s worth of food and maybe medicine, I’m sick of being homeless since that’s what’s keeping my disability too low to even live the first week of the month out, nevermind save up to move out on my own again (which would raise my pay back to a semi-liveable wage) I’m sick of living in filth, sick of not having any access to therapy or even basic doctors like a dentist or a GP while I have tons of problems I need checked.

One of the most life changing lessons I learned in my adulthood is that playing games is not fun or cute.
