i switched from wegovy to zepbound this past month and that meant i had to go down to the starting dose of 2.5mg. i'd heard great things about how zepbound is more effective at appetite supression and weight loss, patients lose more on it, yadda yadda ya.

i'm sure that's all true, but holy. mother. of. fuck.

my appetite is out of control on this dose! i feel like an insatiable beast. i want to eat all the time. i don't know what % of that is attributed to like general stress and emotions, and how much is attributed to getting off the highest dose of wegovy....

but i'm dying out here fellas.

i'm constantly feeling like i need another meal. i'll eat even when i'm still pretty full from my last meal. i've been eating in secret in my room again, something i haven't really done in the past 8 years. i don't know what's going on with me.

i've gained like 3 lbs in the past 3 weeks. i'm trying not to lose my mind about it but like... i'm kind of freaking out.

i lost 50 lbs in the past year and to see it go up even a smidge makes me mortified. i'm still a fat fuck, but i never want to go back to what i was before. i'd sooner die.
