I sincerely hate how some people just wake up and decide you no longer matter to them. They stop responding, stop caring to the point where you wonder if you hallucinated the whole friendship in the first place.

How do you just passively decide this person has no value anymore? Usually there’s a catalyst, a fight, a long-standing disagreement…but no they just leave you on read, quit trying to find a time to meet up until you finally catch on and realize you’re being a bother.

Reminder to myself: Don't be such a fucking doormat. Don't feel guilty when there is nothing to feel guilty about. Other people's weird hang-ups are not your fault, no matter how thick they lay the passive-aggressive guilt on you and you don't have to apologize for a perceived offense
