New year new resolutions and some would expect new changes. And for me the past year was one of the greatest I had. I made new friends. Newly formed family based on trust and love. Not forgetting finally found the person whom I wanna spend my life with.

Nope no emo post from me today but a quite exciting , quite unexpected post where most would never expect this from me. But I’m bloody in love with Him. That guy who I really hope would definitely complete me. My other half!! I knows its all a sudden…

I've Got Mail

Ok not exactly emails like the ones you watched ‘You’ve Got Mail’..lol its a mail from the post…

I have been there since day 1 it aired..But I was also the first to make sure I watched every season before it aired on local stations...Yes LE-GEND-ARY its was Barney Stintson would say...Yes another show that I'm gonna deeply miss!!

The series will end in it's 9th season and we will finally know who the mother is?! Aren't we all curious and that's what makes us glued to our couch scratching our heads searching for answers...

The gang!! Which I wished I had a gang like em'...they're funny , they're supportive and they're great actors. They make my gloomy day seem so bright and they make me smile even at my slightest heart ache. How I Met Your Mother had kept me going through my roughest day at times and just like GG did...Even this is never replaceable!! I'm confined in their little world of happiness and stupidity..

Well , let's hope there will be more shows coming to replace my gloomy boring days after a hard day's at work...

Sorry for been away for so long and not updating what's new. I have been really busy with work and giving seminars on building constructions!! Yes sounds awfully boring and it was indeed a crazy week for me!!

Anyways , I'll be heading down to Queensbay Mall tomorrow at 6pm. Come say hi as I'll be in session interviewing the performers of the War Drum 2013..

So have your heard about the Carrie Diaries..yup...it's a new show focusing on Carrie from the 'Sex in The City' episodes well this is sorta of her flash back made in series.Well interesting I must say the first 2 episodes are not bad but you know what they say the deeper the story goes , the better. Well I for one love Sebastian..

But nothing is better than having a Bass by your side...ahhhh

Well , anyway you guys have to totally watchCarrie Diaries..The cast the plot the story line they're all to die for..seriously..I HeartCarrie Diaries!!!!But it can of course never replace my love forGOSSIP GIRL!!!!

Just a quickie , I will not be available tomorrow as I will be covering the Japanese festival calledThe Yosakoi Parade 2013which will be held at the Beach Street Esplanade.

My article on the event will be featured on the Georgetown Pages and will be in the cover of Life & Travel Magazine Asia. Yes a big break for me. It's for the Feb issue of the Life & Travel Magazine...woohoo...

I certainly thought it was incredible - the movie , the cast and Joseph Gordon Levitt played the part so amazing I think no one could have done better. It was as though we were riding on bikes with him. The excitement of riding a bike yeah , these days not so much. Guess we prefer driving rather than cycling.

So if you don't know about Premium Rush , well it's actually a movie about bike messengers. Like our normal courier guy who normally come on bikes or vans yeah they're the sort who works on bikes. If you need your stuff urgently in New York bike messengers are known as the fastest way of delivery. Yeap all that hustle and bustle in New York makes it difficult to deliver.

Ain't an easy job though, well you'll never know when you have to dodge speeding cars , or the second some cabbies pull over to open up their car door all of a sudden. Well you need to know the streets and you need to have skills. Well it most certainly gave me the adrenaline rush while I was watching it. Wille on his fixie. Ain't easy riding a fixie.

It's not just about delivering stuff , he made sure they get the parcel and on time and he was willing to put his life on risk. With the cops chasing him well a bad cop to be exact. Ok anyways I don't wanna spoil the excitement of this movie. Totally amazing.

I totally recommend it , well I say 7 star upon 10 star...

So , if you guys have no idea what to do on the weekend. Well I suggest you head down to Penang the Island to be exact and catch the Yosakoi Parade 2013. Well they have it every year and the performances by the Japanese dancers and the drum players were amazing..plus hey y'all never know y'all make new friends out there.. People from around the world will be there to catch the Parade..

For those who do not know what's the meaning of Yosakoi..well its actually 'come at night' in a Japanese dialect of Tosa. The most popular dance would be the AwaOdori..

The Parade is on the 19th Of January 2013 ( Saturday )at the Beach Street Esplanade and it starts at 4pm with the drum performances and after that the Launch of the Yosakoi Parade and it ends at 1030pm with and amazing array of fireworks..

So there you go, no boring Saturdays and hatched up in your apartment or home with nothing to do. At least you have an excuse to getaway for a short trip from your stress free work days...
