i have no one to talk to about this so im posting it here in hopes that maybe someone will understand. i recently played all of the games in the to the moon series (i loved it so much. such wonderful games. i highly recommend them!) and i've nonstop been thinking about rosawatts

wow. their relationship resembles my danganronpa another OTP so much (iykyk) it's actually sickening... but rosawatts... rosawatts is like if terurei wasn't mostly conjecture but rather front and center. i love love love their banter and they're very charming characters. the foreshadowing/buildup for neil's fate was very good... i can't imagine what it would have been like being an og TTM fan in 2011 though.. omg. sadly i got spoiled very quickly that neil dies but ... ah... it still hit hard upon realizing it....
something i've been unable to stop thinking about is neil's emotional unavailability... he so clearly cares and loves eva [making a personalized machine that she can use after he's gone to see him/do as she pleases, simulating a life where they're married and have a family] and yet he still pushes her away even after he's gone.. though i guess that's proof he really left a piece of himself with her.
even tho this post is about rosawatts i do genuinely love the entirety of the series. i love the way that the series not only delivers a heartfelt story but also questions the ethics around the technology that makes these emotional stories happen. i truly truly adore it. i already have the urge to replay TTM but i'll let it marinate for a bit longer before i do
