You make up excuses for inaction
You don’t have time to do your work on time
You always do everything to the last minute
You refuse to do even the basic things
Let’s figure it out more carefully.
😓 “The fear of failure”.You deliberately refuse any cases, for it’s better not to try than to fail.
🙈 “Modesty”. You don’t even think about doing any cases, cause there are a lot of people that can do anything better than you.
😞 “Depression”. Just because you think life sucks.
I can’t say that the fight will be easy cause that’s not true. But it’s possible and that’s why you have to work on it.
“The most important — to do something for reaching success and do it right now.”
Motivation ☑— try to be interested in your business. Think about how much benefit you can extract.
Planner 📚— get a diary or planner. Write there absolutely everything that on your mind. That will help you to get rid of unnecessary thoughts.
Analyze barriers 📊 — try to understand why you can’t force yourself to do anything. What exactly don’t give you focus?
Be ready 🎒 — prepare all the necessary things. Put everything in the right place to remind you of the fact that you need to do something.
Think about your goals 💡— remember why you chose this path, remember for what you started and why you are ready to move?
Force yourself 📌— just do it!1!1!! Just force yourself to start doing your staff. Just because I believe in you.
