I know this is a weird thing to ponder but like-… how often do you think clones get time off duty only to go eat somewhere and end up doubled over with a stomach ache within the next few hours??
Because like— on Kamino and in the field, they’re fed a specialized diet— presumably fairly bland, low fiber nutrients in the rough shape of various foods
So IMAGINE you have the same, very simple food the majority of the time, and then you get kickass space takeout and it’s DELICIOUS BUT ough… stummy hurt…
IMAGINE FINDING OUT THE HARD WAY THAT YOU’RE SPACE LACTOSE INTOLERANT?? OR THAT YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY????
I mean, Kaminoans probably would’ve accounted for those things, so allergies would probably be uncommon in clones but it’s not something that can be 100% helped— plus we all know the Kaminoans were actually kinda sloppy…
Clone 1: “Yeah, airshrimp taste alright, but I don’t like the way they make your tongue tingle and your throat get all tight, dunno why people even bother to eat em, hardly worth it”
