saw stuff going around about the new ace flag. we think it's neat but we also agree with the criticism that it excludes loveless aces, so we wanted to make our own take on an ace flag. this isn't meant as a replacement or anything, this is just an alternative flag people can use if they want ^.^
dark purple- loveless aces; aces who experience absolutely no attraction, love, or desire for intimacy; this includes labels such as apothiosexuals, sex repulsed aces, etc
purple- loveful aces & the asexuality spectrum; aces who are somewhere on the spectrum between asexuality and allosexuality; aces who experience love and/or desire intimacy in any form to any degree. includes labels like demisexuals, greysexuals, cupiosexuals, etc
orange- unity and understanding within the asexual community, acceptance of asexuality as a spectrum; acknowledgement that being loveless is just as valid as being loveful, and that one's capacity for love and attraction doesn't affect their ability to be a complete and fulfilled person
yellow- joy, acceptance and celebration of asexuality from all cultural backgrounds, inclusion of all asexuals; rejection of the "thin, white, emotionless ace" stereotype being seen as the default
