*hits feminist blunt*: wearing makeup isn't empowering, it's a mask of the patriarchy. It's so weird that you'll watch men and women at formal events and the men get to have their natural face with accents (fresh haircut/trim, maybe an eyebrow marked if they're "zesty") and a woman is only considered suitable for the event once she has 3 layers of clown makeup on. But yeah, makeup is empowering.

Every time I talk about how much I hate men it’s instantly “not all men” but as soon as I tell them to stop watching porn it’s “all men do it”. Isn’t that weird?

Women have every right to hate men. We have the right to hate our oppressors, and we shouldn’t keep justifying or apologizing for it. From femicide to rape to violent crimes against us on the hands of men, to laws and regulations including social norms that control us, which men have created and maintain to strips us of our autonomy and rights. Even online, where misogynistic men spout vile, disgusting rhetorics about women and fantasizing about violence against women. So why should we be expected to feel empathy for the sex that perpetuates all this consistent violence against us. We don’t need to explain or apologize for our anger and resentment towards men. And when women claim to be misandrists, they are validating the BS made up by men to deflect from being called out for misogyny. The hatred men spew is tolerated and normalized even tho we’ve seen how their misogyny intentionally causes direct harm to women over and over again but our justified anger and contempt is where patriarchal society claims it’s “too much”.

It is historically proven that religion is a tool to enforce patriarchal norms in order to control women. Many religious doctrines perpetuate gender inequality, restrict women's rights, and uphold male dominance. Reject religious authority !! Believe in personal autonomy!!
