an aesthetic that will never go out of style: making others feel loved, needed, and important 

listen recovery is good and should absolutely be focused on it but if you need a break from it then please take it. i know being positive and always looking for ways to better yourself is important but from experience its difficult as fuck and it only makes it worse when you try to hold everything in. recovery is a long path and sometimes you hit some pretty low points. its ok to cry and say things suck when that happens and theres no shame in doing so. letting things out doesnt mean youve given up.

Do you ever notice yourself getting bad again…like, you know you’re not doing work that needs to be done, you know you’re not cleaning, you know you’re not taking care of yourself…you know all the things you need to do to start trying to feel better. But you just can’t. And you’re left feeling like shit bc you thought you were getting better but here we are
