As much as I love ‘I would kill for you’, it kinda really loses its impact if the person saying it is a villain who already kills at the slightest provocation

’I would refrain from killing for you, I would spare them all if you asked me’ is a very sexy alternative, and a much more powerful declaration of love coming from a character prone to violence

Imagine a villain. Perhaps a supervillain. Perhaps a conquering king of an invading army. And they have fought the hero, who wants so very much to save their people. Is d r i v e n to save their people. It gives them purpose. It gives them passion. It is the spark that sets their very being alight. And the villain is. Intrigued. Fascinated. Such talent and skill and how brightly they shine with it all. So they propose a deal. They’ll stop. And all they want in exchange is the hero to stand by their side as consort.

Not a terrible deal, they think. The hero gets what they want and they get a closer look at that passion. The villain even flatters themself that they are pretty good looking (it’s even true) so the hero isn’t losing in that department either. Everybody wins.

But the hero doesn’t want this. They are terrified of it, in fact. An arranged marriage to someone known best for the violence they have committed. Putting themself at this person’s near non-existent mercy? Whom they have intrigued (no further details given)? Who they have been the greatest obstacle for? Who knows what atrocities will be inflicted on them.

But they can’t turn it down either. If it stops the violence, stops the killing, surely it will be worth it in the end? So they agree. And then they tuck themself down and put themself away until all the bits and pieces that make them “Them” are hidden behind a bland façade that will ensure that no matter what they have to endure, “They” will not be taken from them.

So the villain receives a husk, all but devoid of the brilliance they admired. They have gained their greatest wish and in so doing have ensured that they have lost in all the same.

How fast can you travel with the transportation?

What kind of maintenance does the transportation need. ie, food, oil, coal, etc.

What are the weak points of the transportation?

If transportation is an animal, will they ever lose focuse when sensing prey or snakes. If not, have they been trained out of it and if so, is that a job.
