I understand that you'd like QH to depict Islam as best as it can, but you should not take it personally when it doesn't. Dating is not accepted in many religions, yet shows and movies still show protagonists "dating" all the time (i.e. Sikhism and Jab We Met). Shows like QH aim to entertain with semi-relatable themes. In today's world, people do date and turn a blind eye to their "boundaries" that their religion has imposed when it comes to love. It's not particularly 'right' but it happens.

I understand, but I just wish it would you know at least discuss that it's considered wrong D: Then, the characters can get together. I just want the show to show that, you know, it's considered wrong.Â

QH is a show that depicts Muslims & not Islam. There are many Muslims that do date (amongst other things) despite it being haraam, so Gul's trying to portray the reality. Extra-marital affairs & pre-marital sex are haraam too but they still happen.
The dramas that use Hinduism as their base religion for the show, show when something is wrong in the religion when it's done. I am sorry. I don't want to sound rude. However, Islam is what the religion is called and Muslim is what a person that follows Islam is called. So there is not really a difference. Qubool Hai shows Muslims and not Islam? I am sorry. But how does that make sense? (I am not trying to be mean) I know that "Muslims" date when it's haram, but in the show, shouldn't they show that it's considered wrong?That's all I am asking for :D

Najma and Imran relationship/dating? That is not okay. Just putting that out there. Dating is haram (forbidden) in Islam. I hope Gul shows Asad getting mad since it's against the religion. I can ignore the small things (like short sleeves, backs showing, music in Ramadan, etc) because it's just a show. However, dating is a big no-no in Islam. One of the biggest don't dos. I don't want people to be misguided about Islam. I don't know, it just bothers me a lot since I am a Muslim. I know it's just a show but it's bothering me :/

Yeah. It makes my day to look at that gif *-* They are hinting heavily at Najma-Imran in the show right now! Imran is a wimp. UGH! He didn't say a thing and let his rishta with Nikhat break! I can't wait for the Tanveer-Imran thing to come out. I think he cares for Nikhat too but he probably have a soft spot for Najma as well or something. We shall see!
