Is this how lesbians flirt 🏖️
This is canon, idc
That scene where Jax chokes Pomni in his 'Ragatha abstracts' fantasy is so chilling.
And the fact that Pomni doesn't react to it.
Hmmm
I love when people draw Ragapom as Mizisua, where Ragatha is Mizi.
Cause to me, it makes a lot of sense.
I wanna explain why but I'm dealing with brain fog.
The 180 that "The leaks are fake" mfs took from "This is so bad, it has to be AI" to "IT"S SO GOOD OMG" is INSANE

I honestly wished that Pomni (or better yet, Zooble) told Jax off for his comment on Ragatha having to stay with her abusive mom.
Nobody ever defends her, not even Kinger (whose relationship with Ragatha is pretty surface level tbh)
We are in hell
What exactly does Goose think she's doing with this?
It's just another reference with absolutely no meaning, it's just to look cool.
A Bit Of Talk About The Current TADC Events (a little more serious than my usual blogs, so bear with me)
TW: I will be discussing racism and the problems I've been having with Goose, the VAS, and the fandom.
It honestly irks me when people treat Jane like she's the devil incarnate for leaving baby AJ in the car while Kenny is treated like he's a saint.
I'm not saying what Jane did wasn't fucked up, but do people ever think that Kenny should have checked if AJ was actually dead instead of first going to attack Jane when he found out?
Not to mention, he's so selfish (and abusive) throughout season 2.
What is the purpose of the Jax mindscape door scenes? I mean this genuinely. Is it to show that Jax is a bad person? We already knew that. We have already seen the worst facets of his personality where he will assault and antagonize or use apathy to shut the others down.
"They are intrusive thoughts": I don't buy this. There's nothing to suggest they are intrusive. The fantasies exist quietly behind closed doors until Pomni delves into them. An intrusive thought is loud, obstructive, and causes distress. Intrusive thoughts refuse to be ignored or locked away. And Jax has expressed no qualms with harming the other characters before, so the scenarios wouldn't even be out of character for him to act on.
Pomni asks "Where is the real Jax?" (Brazilian sub) which leads us to yet another sequence where Jax treats a woman badly to protect his own ego. How cool. His true persona was never hidden. The real you is the way you treat the people around you.
The most unfortunate conclusion I can come to is that it's an excuse to show more shocking scenes of abusing feminine characters. Notice how Kinger is the only one of the main cast (sans Caine who can't abstract) who doesn't get an abstraction fantasy. Odd choice.
Goose stated from the start that Jax was irredeemable, which is fine in theory, but I wish the show hadn't indulged SO MUCH in Jax's perspective so that we could've seen the thoughts and feelings of his victims instead. As it stands, the women are merely his props.

i miss alien stage .. i so drew a scene of one of the comics with ragatha and pomni !!!
No matter how much the show wants me to feel bad for Jax in the flashbacks, Ribbit deserved better.
Imagine still supporting someone after they told you their 'dark' secret only for them to treat you like shit, isolate you from your friends, and act like you're the "bad one" for caring.
Same for Ragatha who wanted to help him out and was close to getting the exact same treatment because he was butthurt by her comment in ep 4 (not that he already abuses her).
I really wanted to know more about these two characters other than Jax.
YOU KNOW WHO THIS MF LOOK LIKE LOWKEY?
LOOK
Something that bugs me about Catra stans claiming she “faced consequences” is how easily dismissed those claims are.
“She felt guilty for betraying Entrapta!” No she didn’t! She was scared Hordak would find out and attack her for it. Even her later apology to Entrapta comes across as her fearing Entrapta will lash out at her instead of guilt. L
“The princesses didn’t trust her!” Yes they did! Frosta was the only one to give Catra the punch she deserved and even that was met with Catra being annoyed. Perfuma was quick to call Catra a friend and Mermista didn’t care about anything until she saw Hordak with Entrapta, which makes Mermista seem extremely hypocritical.
Catra didn’t learn anything other than “If I give a half-assed apology and act like a brat, then I’ll be forgiven!”
I don’t even hate Catra but I hate the way her stans and the show refuse to let her grow and just see her as this cute catgirl who should get a free pass for everything because she is Adora’s love interest and has a sad backstory. Most stans probably don’t even like Catra, they like to project onto her and see themselves in her but not as a character with potential.
don't forget Netossa sprayed her with water! that's punishment enough for a war criminal who probably killed hundreds of innocent people /s
but yeah, most of the instances of Catra showing "guilt" is just her being afraid of the consequences, rather than genuinely feeling bad for what she's done.
if she really felt bad about betraying Entrapta and exiling her, she wouldn't be screaming about how Entrapta is going to kill her. if i were Catra, i would be less afraid of Entrapta getting her revenge, and more hesitant to accept help from her because i feel guilty about what i did.
and Catra's response towards getting hit by Frosta is also very telling. she's not shocked, she's not hurt, she's ANGRY. sure, it may be a gut reaction but it's still very telling that she immediately goes "ARE YOU SERIOUS" like girl, be grateful that's all you got.
most of Catra's guilt is shown through her just pouting and looking sad. instead of her actually taking initiative to talk to the people she hurt and trying to make amends, all she has to do is give a half-assed apology and then forget about it.
did she try to reconnect with Entrapta after apologizing to her? nope. she said sorry, and now she can act like Entrapta doesn't even exist.
and she didn't even apologize to everyone. she didn't apologize to Glimmer for killing her mom, which was a very important plot point that the writers conveniently brushed under the rug.
she didn't apologize to Glimmer or Bow for kidnapping them and letting Shadow Weaver poison Glimmer. she didn't apologize to Mermista for destroying Salineas.
and yeah, Mermista does seem like a hypocrite especially because she was so mad at Entrapta for helping the Horde. she was mad at Entrapta for making a few robots but is completely fine with Catra, who literally orchestrated the whole attack.
as for fans not liking Catra, i'm not sure about it but it's definitely true that they project onto her a ton. i also feel like a lot of fans don't even understand Catra as a person. if they did, they wouldn't be calling her a morally grey character and they would definitely realize that being in a relationship with Adora is bad for Catra as well.
I honestly feel the same with some Jax fans and how they react when others criticize his character and say that it's just hate. They act like it's an attack on them or that it's a misinterpretation of his character.
The more I read their posts, the more I realize they're just projecting onto him.
They act like he's just a poor guy who's so complex just because he's sad and ignore everything else that says otherwise.
So I have been reading a lot of critical posts of TADC ep 9 but avoided the ones having to do with the ending. Now that I have finished it, the ending was... kinda good but not really?
It left a lot of things unanswered, but at least there's Ragatha in new outfits and Abstragedy sex scene
Ragatha really didn't get development (despite what Gooseworx said on Reddit, but after seeing her posts on women, it's not surprising she didn't care to give her or any of the other female characters + Zooble some)
She feels mostly the same as she was before
This whole time, Caine was just being messed with by the blue ai??? This just ruins what made Caine so interesting
I have seen spoilers for the cast's real lives outside the circus, so that wasn't surprising
I expected for Jax to actually be more than just Sad Boi™, but no, that's exactly what he ended up being
And they just accept their life in the circus, which is... honestly a dissatisfying end with all the supposed horror and dread the trailer seemed to have promised
I'm kinda sleepy rn, so this probably doesn't make sense
I have more thoughts; however, I don't have much energy to convey them
But in short words, I am disappointed
