On 3rd of December Raffles Students of Grade XI and XII participated in Science Quiz at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan and they secured 1st Position in first round and 4th in final.

As mountains and mounds in their youth express themselves in greenery and begetting rivers and rivulets, so do the Rafflites in fests and festivals and in travels and trips, and sports and games of the school. Miss Megha Kumari of class XII (commerce) took part in sports and was given a certificate in sports with prize of 1500/Rs. for the state level HAMMER THROW CONTEST at Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. The separate team of boys and girls participated Basket Ball tournament on 9th October, 2016. The School organized a write-up competition on “Gandhi Ke Teen Bandar” for the classes II and IV. There was Navmi Poojan and the “Ravana Dahana” on 11th of October, 2016. The Rafflites from classes VI-IX moved on to visit Science–Museum at Birla Pilani on 12th October, 2016. And the Junior school students of III to class V had an educational trip to Jaipur on 13th October, 2016. They learnt about the planets, the Universe and the solar system. Master Manish Bhaduri of class 12 participated in Shot Putt Competition and secured 7th position and brought glory with his victory to the school. An activity on Mathematics was conducted for the students of Grade – II on 15th October, 2016. On the occasion of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s birth anniversary, the school organized a contest on “The Expression Series on Dr. A.P.J Abdul.”  It could be done in Poetry, Painting, Essay or short story. The inter house Quiz contest was conducted on Saturday, 22nd October, 2016. The preparation for class wise science exhibition has started. There was a farewell party hosted by the outgoing principal on Saturday, 22nd October, 2016. The many senior teachers of the school participated in the Cross Country Race on Sunday, 23rd October, 2016. The school teachers and students took part in the MAMMACARE Breast Cancer Awareness Marathon, organized by Sita Devi Hospital and Yamaha on 23rd October, 2016 at Albert Hall Museum, Jaipur. It was co-sponsored by Raffles International School and Raffles University. The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Justice Meena V Gomber who flagged the event. The star performers of our school for the marathon race were Harsh of class VIII, Tarun, Sachin of class XII and Aman Singh IX. The Principal’s Conclave was on Sunday, 23rd 2016. About 25 principals of different colleges and schools of the state participated in it. The first speaker of the Conclave was our honourable Principal of the school Mr. Bhanu Pratap Pant. It was followed by other principals of the school who too spoke on holistic development of the students with different kinds of activities. The final part of the Conclave was the “ONE ACT PLAY–THE TEST” based on the same theme: Multiple Intelligence. It was appreciated by everyone. It concluded with a delicious and sumptuous lunch for the guests and the rest. The last week of the month was not devoid of luster and joys of fests and festivals. The students from Grades: I-IX participated in Skating and Karate exercises in the school on 27th October, 2016. On the last working day of the school before the Dipawali vacation, the school conducted a special assembly on Dipawali. The Vice-Principal of the school lit the Diya first then the other teachers and the students to celebrate the day. Rangoli making and Diya colouring competitions were for the students of different classes.  It was a memorable day. The week has been the week of activities which hone the mortar- kinesthetic abilities of the students’ keeping in balance the other intelligence's have enough room for their growth. Even if the monkey cannot swim and the fish cannot climb a tree, they can at least participate and be able to appreciate the beauty of other abilities. All study (work) and no play makes jack a dull boy, is often true with many of our students, so the school participated in some of the best kinesthetically oriented activities: Master Manish Bhaduri of Class 12 participated in the State Level Shot Putt Competition at Salor and secured 7th position in the State adding one more kinesthetic feather to adorn the cap of the school.   Within the school several kinds of activities related to FA–3 were conducted for the enhancement of the students’ intellectual and emotional abilities. The inter house Quiz contest was conducted on Saturday, 22nd October, 2016. The preparation for class wise science exhibition has started. There was a farewell party hosted by the outgoing principal on Saturday, 22nd October, 2016. It was attended by all the teachers of the school. It was a saddening experience yet joyous as he told us that Bharatpur is not too far away from Raffles International School, Behror. The many senior teachers of the school participated in the Cross Country Race on Sunday, 23rd October, 2016. It was interesting and fun. The main event of the week that snatch the practically all the attention of the week was Principal’s Conclave on Sunday, 23rd 2016. About 25 principals of different colleges and schools of the state participated in it. It started with welcoming of the guests principal. The first speaker of the Principal's Conclave was our honorable Principal of the school Mr. Bhanu Pratap Pant who threw his knowledge and light on the usefulness of Multiple Intelligence for school children in teaching them and evaluating their performance. It was an eye opening to our inner abilities. It was followed by other principals of the school who too spoke on overall development of the students with different kinds of activities. Other teachers too expressed their opinion on their respective subjects. The final part of the Conclave was the “ONE ACT PLAY–THE TEST” based on the same theme: Multiple Intelligence. It was a great performance staged by the students of classes VII, VIII and IX. It created an ambience of ancient kingdom of England where the old king had to choose the most suitable successor to his throne. It was appreciated by everyone.
