I’m back to my roots; listening to sad songs, alone on the train to Virginia. I think I need this. Time to connect with myself. Some of the songs that made me cry then still act as a door opened into the feelings & thoughts I can’t access soberly. Sometimes, I really need to be drunk off being by myself, undisturbed, mesmerized by the sights of towns passing; towns with histories, legacies, and sad girls just like me that I’ll never know anything about. Indulging in run on sentences & incomplete ideas while also marveling at the most touching and deeply poetic words I might ever connect with.

Feeling really lonely. Think I need to give myself a break.

Thinking about moving back to London… maybe Paris?
