Ouu yeaaah !! Two things that you NEED to try and that's non negotiable, are raclette and tartiflette. It's french food and it's at the top of my list ! After risotto, lasagna and pizza ( I'm a BIG Italian food lover ).

If you ever want to try tartiflette and raclette tho, it's better in winter !! But you can do it in summer ( you're just going to suffer from heat hehe ).

Raclette is usually made with potatoes and different type of meat ( even fish if you prefer ) and cheese.

Tartiflette is more.. potatoes and cheese but you can add meat !!
